选用金属除油剂的六大要点

要点一、选用金属除油剂应注意零件污垢的种类和性质

汽车零件污垢的种类和性质差异很大,有油泥、水垢、积炭、锈迹等固相油污及润滑油、脂的残留物等液相油污。水垢与锈迹常用酸洗洁去除;积炭较坚硬,且附着力强,仅有少数除油剂具有去除积炭的能力,实践证明除油剂去除积炭的效果较好。其他油污可根据要求选用除油剂除油。
The types and properties of dirt in automobile parts vary greatly, such as oil sludge, scale, carbon deposits, rust and other solid phase grease, liquid oil and grease residue. Scale and rust are usually removed by acid cleaning. Carbon deposits are hard and strong adhesion. Only a few degreasing agents have the ability to remove carbon deposits. 要点二、选用金属除油剂应防止零件被腐蚀

对于铜、铅、锌及铝等易被腐蚀的零件及精密仪器、仪表的零件等,要选用接近中性、腐蚀性小、防锈能力强的除油剂。

要点三、选用金属除油剂要考虑除油条件

若具有蒸汽加热条件时,可选用高温型除油剂。以手工除油为主或被除油零件不宜加热时,则选用低温型及刺激性低的除油剂。采用机械除油和压力喷淋时,要选用低泡沫的除油剂。

要点四、选用金属除油剂应注意除油剂的浓度

除油剂的浓度与除油效果有很大关系,一般随着浓度的增加,去污能力也相应增强,但达到一定浓度后,去污能力不再明显提高。一般浓度控制在4%-5%为宜。若按照产品使用说明书配制的除油剂浓度去污效果不理想时,则不应再加大除油剂浓度,而应另选其他配方的除油剂。

But when the concentration reaches a certain concentration, the decontamination capacity is no longer significantly improved. General concentration control at 4%-5% is appropriate. 要点五、选用金属除油剂要掌握好除油剂温度

一般情况下,随着除油剂温度的升高,其去污能力也随之提高,但超过一定温度后,去污能力反而下降。所以,每一种除油剂都有一个最适宜的温度范围,并不是温度越高越好。

Therefore, each degreasing agent has a suitable temperature range, not the higher the temperature.
要点六、选用金属除油剂要掌握除油剂的使用时间

一次配制的除油剂可以多次使用,其使用时间主要取决于除油零件的数量与除油剂的污染程度,一般情况下,一次配制的除油剂可以连续使用2周左右。
