跟除油剂不同的是，除油除锈防锈液除油、除锈、防锈一步完成，除锈功能强，且有除氧化皮的功能。节省设备、人力，常温使用，仅需一槽即可完成除锈防锈处理。 除油剂只能除油，除油除锈防锈液不仅能除油还能除锈使用异常方便，缺点是在晒干，吹干烘干的过程中，工件不能有重叠，互相接触，且表面液体应沥净后再晾干。

配液在塑料桶或塑料池中将磷化液与水按1：2(重量比)配成磷化液。常温浸泡使用，浸泡除油除锈防锈液20分钟以上(至油锈除掉为止)，沥净，干燥 ，涂装。
