化纤除油剂是一种新型表面活性剂，对化纤织物的抽丝过程中添加的油剂以及天然纤维素纤维中的天然蜡质和织造上浆工艺中添加的蜡质、矿物油质有特强的乳化、分散、洗涤去除功能。
Chemical fiber degreaser is a new type of surfactant. It has strong emulsifying, dispersing, washing and removing functions for the oils added in the process of silk drawing of chemical fiber fabric, natural wax in natural cellulose fiber and wax and mineral oil added in weaving and sizing process.
应用于化纤织物的除油，T/C混纺的除油染色分步工艺。
It is applied to degreasing of chemical fibre fabrics and step-by-step degreasing and dyeing of T/C blends.
1、T/R织物前处理染色一浴法，在溢流染色机中将染料用温水化开加入除油剂1g/l在工艺温度条件下即可染色，T/C织物中棉壳在染深色时不影响外观的亦可用此法。
1. One bath dyeing of T/R fabrics by pretreatment. In overflow dyeing machine, dyes can be dyed by adding degreaser 1g/l in warm hydration. This method can also be used for T/C fabrics where cotton hulls do not affect the appearance when dyeing dark.
2、精练织物的油渍浆料去除，全T织物、T/C织物在溢流染色中进行前处理精炼以去除矿物油质、棉籽壳，添加除油剂可清除织物中浆料、油污，提高产品染色的匀染性，防止色花疵布的发生。

Oil stain size removal of refined fabrics, pretreatment and refining of all-T fabrics and T/C fabrics in overflow dyeing to remove mineral oils and cottonseed hulls, and addition of degreaser can remove sizes and grease stains in fabrics, improve levelness of dyeing products and prevent the occurrence of color defects.
3、棉织物双氧水漂白中添加除油剂 1~1.5g/l可彻底去除织物上的油污迹，提高产品的外观风格与质量水平。
3. Adding degreaser 1-1.5g/l to hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton fabric can completely remove oil stains on the fabric and improve the appearance style and quality level of the product.
4、羊毛织物前处理用量5~10g/l可去除羊酯不损伤羊毛，可获得蓬松柔软的手感。
4. The pretreatment dosage of wool fabrics is 5-10 g/l, which can remove sheep ester without damaging wool and obtain a fluffy and soft feel.
