在涤纶、丙纶、氨纶等合成纤维由单体聚合后的纺丝工程中,需要用到纺丝油剂(俗称化纤油剂),这些油剂可以调节纤维的摩擦特性,防止或消除静电积累,赋于纤维平滑、柔软等特性,提高纤维抱合力、保护纤维强力、减少断头率,使化纤顺利通过纺丝、拉伸、加弹纺纱、织造等工序。
In the spinning engineering of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene and polyurethane which are polymerized by monomers, spinning oils (commonly known as chemical fiber oils) are needed. These oils can adjust the friction characteristics of fibers, prevent or eliminate the accumulation of static electricity, give them smooth and soft properties, improve the cohesive force of fibers, protect the strength and decrease of fibers. With less end breakage, chemical fibers can pass through spinning, drawing, stretching, spinning and weaving processes smoothly.
