因此长时间浸泡也不会引起基体金属的过腐蚀和渗氢,不会产生刺激性的酸雾,更能节省大量的酸液。工件经酸洗后表面呈银白色。此除油剂能广泛应用在各种钢铁的磷化、发黑、发蓝和电镀、涂装中预处理的酸蚀除锈工序。

备注
Remarks
在酸洗中,若工件表面产生大量气泡,表明酸性除油剂不足,应及时补充;当浸蚀速度很慢时,则是溶液中酸含量较低或是铁含量较高。若是酸含量较低应补充酸,若是铁含量较高时应重新配制酸液。
