长时间浸泡也不会引起基体金属的过腐蚀和渗氢，不会产生刺激性的酸雾，更能节省大量的酸液。工件经酸洗后表面呈银白色。此除油剂能广泛应用在各种钢铁的磷化、发黑、发蓝和电镀、涂装中预处理的酸蚀除锈工序。 [1-2]
