（1）溶剂类金属除油剂，通常是指不溶于水，不能加水稀释的金属除油剂；传统所用的煤油、柴油、汽油、三氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、白电油等都属于溶剂类除油剂。

2、按酸碱度分类：
2. Classification according to acidity and alkalinity:
（1）酸性金属除油剂，是指PH值低于7的除油剂，

（2）中性金属除油剂，是指PH值约等于7的除油剂；
